Our Process

Project Intro

Before we get to rendering we're going to need some basic info about your project and desired renders; Scope, Budget & Timeline.

For the scope we'll take a look at:

  1. ⠀3D Model & Materials -Client Provided | Needs Creation-
  2. ⠀The Scale of Project -Area Squared-Exterior | Interior-
  3. ⠀Number of Renders & Type -Image(s) | Video(s)-
  4. ⠀Style of Renders -Simple Clay Representation | Realism-
  5. ⠀Environment -Plant Life | Surrounding Area | Visibility Through Windows-

Our price quote and proposed timeline will both be affected by the previously mentioned scope parameter's; with the 3D model & Render Style, most often, having the greatest affect.

Stage One : 1

Project Details

Once the major aspects of your project are figured out we can go ahead and talk details. We'll communicate on:

  1. Materials⠀
  2. Items for "Set Dressing"⠀
  3. Location and Time of Day⠀
  4. Image and Video specifics -Resolution(s) | Aspect Ratio(s) | Framerate(s)-⠀

2 : Stage Two

Shot Setup

Once all project details are finalized we can go ahead with stage 2. This stage involves modeling (should it be required) or simply just touchups and beautification to your provided model. It also involves finalizing all camera angles, animations & lighting. Since these are the key aspects of your render(s) and changes to these throughout the rest of your project will result in raised costs and extended timelines, we'll share plenty of communication to make sure we get everything just right.

Stage Three : 3

Adding Details

After we get the bones of your renders settled in stage 2 we'll move onto adding details. We'll start with the set dressing. This will include things such as decorations on walls, cars on streets & plants in the ground. After set dressing we can go ahead with adding the final textures and top it all off with a nice edit to really hone in the style of your renders and make them pop! During this stage we'll be hoping for LOTS of feedback from you to make sure the renders represent your project as accurately as possible.

4 : Stage Four

Final Renders

And just like that your gorgeous, full resolution and uncompressed renders are right on time. Should you need any additional services after the project is completed we are more then happy to help at an hourly rate!
